• 600-700 g whole lapu lapu, sliced at the back
  • 2 stalks leeks, sliced
  • ½ piece ginger, sliced
  • water
  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • For sauce, combine:
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

Procedure:
1. Line the bottom of a shallow pan with half the leeks and ginger. Place fish on top. Top with remaining leeks and ginger. Add about 2 inches of water and cover. Steam for 10-12 minutes with medium heat.
2. Heat peanut oil. To serve, pour hot oil and sauce over steamed fish.
